This album can be described as a scarring story of heartache chaptered into 12 tracks. Not one song on this album will disappoint, bringing forth a song for every listener. Or even introducing them to a style they may have never appreciated before. The opening track “08-14-18” May sound like your common sorrowful piano ballad, but after a choral inspired intermission it soon breaks out into an impactful guitar raged ending. Elements of modern hip hop can be found in “Implode”, a track filled with a unique blend of instruments and percussive styles. A song that started it all for Caleb Wiler proves that all you need is a simple voice and acoustics to bring a Folk surrounded lyric that “Active Circuit” puts forth. Although nothing beats the addicting revenge groove that “Intoxicating” complements to this LP, A combination of genres that everyone can follow. Stay tuned for the release of a new year of music!
